* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...Portions of Southeast Missouri, including the following
county, Pemiscot and West Tennessee, including the following
counties, Henry, Lake, Obion and Weakley.
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 945 AM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Up to 2 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Martin, Union City, Reelfoot Lake State Park, Tiptonville,
Dresden, South Fulton, Ridgely, Troy, Obion, Sharon, Cottage
Grove, Clayton, Latham, Palmersville, Hornbeak, Woodland
Mills, Rives, Samburg, Shaffner and Gibbs.
