* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 610 PM EDT, flooding is ongoing due to recent heavy rainfall
from thunderstorms. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Heavy rain is ending, but it will take several hours for all the
water from these storms to work through local drainage systems.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Homer City, Ford City, Freeport, Black Lick, West Lebanon,
Manorville, Ford Cliff, Elderton, Lenape Heights, Shelocta,
Jacksonville, Lucerne Mines, Brush Vly and Crooked Creek Lake
