* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Water affects S Prairie St.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 12.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this evening and continue falling to 9.1 feet Friday, July
17.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
