* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central and east central Missouri, including
the following counties, in central Missouri, Maries. In east
central Missouri, Phelps.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1230 PM CDT, gauge reports indicated that flooding was
occurring along the Bourbeuse River from heavy rain that
occurred last night. Flooding is already occurring in the
warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
mainly rural areas of Maries and Northeastern Phelps Counties
