...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1015 AM CDT THIS
MORNING FOR IRON AND NORTHEASTERN REYNOLDS COUNTIES...

At 544 AM CDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 6 and 11 inches of rain
have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Numerous locations in northwest and
southern Iron County, and northeast Reynolds County. This is a
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER
GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding of low water
crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways,
streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Viburnum, Annapolis, Glover, Oates, Bixby, Lesterville, Black,
Hogan, Chloride and Sabula.

This includes the following State Parks...
Johnsons Shut-Ins State Park and Taum Sauk Mountain State Park.
