NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 10 at 3:22PM EDT until July 10 at 4:15PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 322 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported residential flooding and flooded
roadways in Rimersburg.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Rimersburg, New Bethlehem, East Brady, Parker, Sligo, Bruin,
Limestone, Petrolia, Callensburg, Fairview, Distant and Mahoning
Creek Lake.
