NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 10 at 2:35PM EDT until July 10 at 3:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 235 PM EDT, the heaviest thunderstorms have exited the warned
area, but flooding remains ongoing. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported roadway flooding near St.
Clairsville.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
St. Clairsville, Barnesville, Bethesda, Antrim, Flushing, Quaker
City, Belmont, Morristown, Salesville, Fairview, Barkcamp State
Park and Piedmont Lake.
