* Until 715 PM CDT.

* At 120 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen across scattered locations within the warned area in the
past half hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

St. Joseph, Savannah, Wathena, Elwood, Country Club Villa, Country
Club, Stewartsville, Union Star, Amazonia, Clarksdale, Easton,
Cosby, Amity, Helena and St. Joseph Airport.
