* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions. Afternoon temperatures 109 to
113. Major Heat Risk. Overexposure can cause heat cramps and heat
exhaustion to develop and, without intervention, can lead to heat
stroke.
* WHERE...Buckeye/Avondale, Central Phoenix, Deer Valley, East
Valley, North Phoenix/Glendale, Northwest Valley,
Scottsdale/Paradise Valley, South Mountain/Ahwatukee, and Southeast
Valley/Queen Creek.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events. Overexposure can cause heat cramps and heat
exhaustion to develop and, without intervention, can lead to heat
stroke.

cooling center, transportation, water, and more.
