NWS / NOAA weather: Flood Warning issued July 7 at 12:46AM EDT until July 7 at 7:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Potter and Tioga.

* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Two roads remain closed due to flooding with creeks and
stream very high. It will take several hours for all the water
from these storms to work through local drainage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1246 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooding near
Westfield and Ulysses. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain fell on
Monday.
- Flooding impacts may continue, but little additional rainfall
is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Coudersport, Westfield, Gaines, Harrison Valley, Keeneyville,
Knoxville, Ulysses and Ski Denton Ski Area.
