county, Prince William.

* WHEN...Until 315 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 130 AM EDT, Gauge reports indicated between 2 and 4 inches
of rain have fallen from earlier storms.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
