* Until 415 AM EDT.
* At 111 AM EDT, Local law enforcement reported flash flooding
across the warned area, especially along US-17and adjacent
roadways along Cedar Run. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are
possible in the warned area.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding.
