NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 6 at 11:58PM EDT until July 7 at 2:30AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 1158 PM EDT, local law enforcement and doppler radar reported
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Scottdale, Perryopolis, Everson, Vanderbilt, Dawson and Grindstone.

Flooding was reported in the first floor of a building in
Perryopolis.
