Illinois River at Henry affecting Putnam and Marshall Counties.

.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Illinois River at Henry.

* WHEN...From Monday evening to Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry
along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening to a crest of 23.5 feet early Tuesday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Thursday
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
