NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 6 at 8:58AM EDT until July 6 at 2:00PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

At 858 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have
fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5 to 3 inches in 1 hour.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Eastern Oregon, Curtice, Williston, Reno Beach and Bono.
