area of 1.5 and 3.5 inches. Flash flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Northern Milan, Castalia, Berlin Heights, and Bay View.

The heaviest rain fell in the vicinity of Bay View.
