NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 6 at 12:31PM EDT until July 6 at 5:30PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

At 1231 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2
and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2
to 4 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Catawba Island, Marblehead and Rocky
Ridge.
