At 1040 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms lessening in
intensity across the warned area. However, between 2 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton, Clayton, Laurel Lake, Newfield,
Elmer, Shiloh, Rosenhayn, Olivet, Seabrook Farms and Malaga.
