NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 5 at 8:28PM EDT until July 5 at 11:30PM EDT by NWS State College PA

At 828 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Harrisburg, Lower Allen, Hershey, Colonial Park, Progress,
Middletown, Palmyra, New Cumberland, Linglestown, Steelton,
Lemoyne, Hummelstown, Paxtonia, Rutherford, Skyline View, Lawnton,
Valley Green, Wormleysburg, Bressler-Enhaut-Oberlin and Penbrook.
