West central Hidalgo County in southwestern New Mexico...

* Until 915 PM MDT.

* At 825 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was over mainly rural areas
of Hidalgo County.

HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong winds up
to 45 mph.

SOURCE...Department of Transportation traffic cameras.

IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel, including around Mile
Marker 12 on Interstate 10.
