Hawk-Grundy County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water closes Ranchero Rd in Waterloo. Some
residential evacuations may occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this morning and continue falling to 8.4 feet Saturday
evening.
