NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 5 at 6:38PM EDT until July 5 at 7:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 638 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is less
than 1 inch per hour. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Punxsutawney, Brookville, Reynoldsville, Brockway, Sykesville,
Falls Creek, Big Run, Knox-Dale, Anita and Clear Creek State Park.
