At 602 PM EDT, 911 Call Center reported thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2
inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Indiana, Butler, Kittanning, Homeacre-Lyndora, Ford City,
Meadowood, Oak Hills, Leechburg, Sarver, Freeport, West Kittanning,
Saxonburg, Clymer, West Leechburg, Rural Valley, East Butler,
Worthington, Dayton and West Hills.
