Northern Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania...
Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania...
Jefferson PA County in west central Pennsylvania...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 351 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is
2.5 to 3.5 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Punxsutawney, Clarion, Brookville, Knox, Rimersburg, Reynoldsville,
Brockway, New Bethlehem, Sykesville, Falls Creek, East Brady,
