NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 4 at 4:41PM CDT until July 4 at 4:45PM CDT by NWS Twin Cities/Chanhassen MN

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. A Severe
Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for Stearns county until
530 PM CDT.
