* WHERE...The South Skunk River at Colfax, or from the Jasper-Polk
County Line to the Jasper-Marion County line.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Water affects Iowa 14 south of Newton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 20.1 feet Monday evening. It
will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday evening.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
