* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black
Hawk-Grundy County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water closes Ranchero Rd in Waterloo. Some
residential evacuations may occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:45 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this morning to a crest of 15.6 feet this afternoon. It will
then fall below flood stage late tonight.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
