* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects businesses and apartments
east of E 33rd St near E Douglas Ave...E Euclid Ave and Hubbell
Ave.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 15.4 feet this morning. It
will then fall late this morning. It will rise to 15.5 feet
late this morning. It will then fall tomorrow morning. It
will then rise again and remain above flood stage.
- Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
