* Until 830 PM CDT.
* At 518 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
rainfall rates of up to 2 to 3 inches per hour lifting northward
across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly after the onset of heavy rain.
