NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 4 at 1:25AM MDT until July 4 at 3:15AM MDT by NWS Denver CO

At 125 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, gulches, roads,
and poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Thurman.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
Dugout Creek, Arikaree River, North Fork Arikaree River, Gordon
Creek and Hell Creek.
