NWS / NOAA weather: Flood Warning issued July 3 at 1:58PM CDT until July 3 at 4:00PM CDT by NWS Chicago IL

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following
counties, Cook and DuPage.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Based on river gauge reports, flooding is occurring
along the DuPage River near the Morton Arboretum. Water may start
to encroach Illinois Route 53 and other roadways near the river in
the area. Recent rainfall this afternoon is likely reinforcing
flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 158 PM CDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Aurora, Naperville, Wheaton, Downers Grove, Lombard,
Woodridge, Glen Ellyn, Hinsdale, Westchester, Burr Ridge, Oak
Brook, Westmont, Lisle, La Grange Park, Warrenville, Western
Springs, Willowbrook, Clarendon Hills, Hillside and Oakbrook
Terrace.
