NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 2 at 6:31PM CDT until July 2 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Aberdeen SD

At 631 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Hayti, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Hayti, Hamlin Education Center and Kellerton Church around 635 PM
CDT.
Thomas around 640 PM CDT.
Castlewood around 650 PM CDT.
Claremont Colony around 655 PM CDT.
