NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 2 at 5:01PM CDT until July 2 at 5:30PM CDT by NWS Sioux Falls SD

At 501 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 10 miles south of Cavour, or 12 miles southeast of Huron,
moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northern Sanborn and southeastern Beadle Counties.
