NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 2 at 4:05PM CDT until July 2 at 4:30PM CDT by NWS Sioux Falls SD
At 404 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles southeast of Danforth, or 25 miles southeast of
Miller, moving northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southwestern Beadle and north central Jerauld Counties.
