NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued June 29 at 6:31PM CDT until June 29 at 8:30PM CDT by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

At 631 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have
fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 2 to 3 inches in 1 hour. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Mainly rural areas of North Central Brewster and South Central
Pecos Counties.

This includes the following streams and drainages...
Big Canyon, Sixshooter Draw and Nineteen Draw.
