* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, southeast winds 15 to 20 mph
with gusts up to 30 mph. For the Heat Advisory, heat index values
up to 105 expected.

* WHERE...East Becker, West Becker, Clay, East Otter Tail, and West
Otter Tail Counties.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
For the Heat Advisory, until 8 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Hot temperatures and high
humidity may cause heat illnesses.
